Majid Hassan - Chairman (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Majid Hasan has over fifty years of experience in the field of accounting, business analysis, investment management and internal audit. He was associated with Engro Group for a large span of his career and is serving on the board of UDL International Limited as an independent director. Mr. Majid also worked for social welfare organizations and attended various training workshops for leadership and professional development.

Mr. Khalid Malik - Executive Director
Mr. Khalid Malik is the main sponsor of UDL International Limited and has over fifty years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing, distribution, pharmaceuticals and modaraba management. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is currently serving on the board of UDL International Limited as an Executive Director. He has previously also served on the boards of various national and multinational companies, including Searle Pakistan Limited, Gillette Pakistan Limited, Unisys Pakistan Limited, United Distributors Pakistan Limited, IBL Healthcare Limited and United Brands Limited. Mr. Khalid Malik is also currently serving as an independent director of HBL Asset Management Limited.

Mr. Shuja Malik - Chief Executive Officer
An accounting and finance graduate from the University of East London, Mr. Shuja Malik has experience of over 25 years in modaraba management, banking, marketing of agro chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Malik was the Chief Executive of First UDL Modaraba, prior to its merger with and into UDL International Limited. He has also served on the boards of Public Limited companies including Searle Pakistan Limited and United Brands Limited.

Abdul Rahim Suriya - Independent Director
Mr. Abdul Rahim Suriya has over thirty years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing, modaraba management and operation management. He is a fellow member and past president of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and also a fellow member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He is a partner in M/s Suriya Nauman Rehan & Co (Chartered Accountants) and also acted as financial controller, company secretary and executive director in Spencer Pharma. He is serving on the board of UDL International Limited as an independent director.

Mr. Qaisar Magoon – Non-Executive Director
Mr. Qaisar Magoon is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has over fifty years of experience in the Oil Marketing and the Modaraba sectors. He has previously served as the Deputy Managing Director of Pakistan State Oil and the Managing Director of First UDL Modaraba. He is currently serving on the board of UDL International Limited as a Non-Executive Director and is employed by UDL International’s subsidiary, UDL Financial Services Limited. He is also serving on the board of First Equity Modaraba as an Independent Director.

Mr. Syed Aamir Hussain- Non-Executive Director
Syed Aamir Hussain is a Masters of Economics & Finance from the University of Karachi and a Certified Financial Consultant (CFC) from the Institute of Financial Consultants, Canada. Moreover, he has completed his articles from one of Pakistan's Top audit firms BDO Ebrahim & Co., Chartered Accountants and has cleared intermediate level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Hussain has previously served as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of First UDL Modaraba. Currently, he is serving as Chief Executive Officer of UDL International’s wholly owned subsidiary, UDL Financial Services Limited.

Ms. Rahaila Izzat Aleem- Independent Director
Ms. Rahaila Aleem is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, currently associated as Deputy Director with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She is also a Certified Director, having completed the Directors' Training Program from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). With 18 years of experience spanning across the education, financial, and manufacturing sectors, Ms. Aleem has held various key positions during her service tenure, that includes serving as Group Company Secretary at Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Primus Investment Management Limited, and Independent Director at Sindh Transmission and Dispatch Company (Private) Limited.
